Submit a notice

This channel is for alleged illegality. For spam or a Community Guidelines issue that is not illegal, use the report control beside the message. Give us the exact location, why it is illegal, and the relevant EU or national law if you know it.

How we handle notices

We acknowledge electronic submissions immediately and review sufficiently precise notices in a timely, diligent, objective and non-arbitrary manner. A trained reviewer makes final decisions; automated signals may assist triage but do not make the final decision alone.

Where we act, affected users receive a clear statement explaining the restriction, the facts relied on, whether automation was used, the legal or contractual ground, territorial scope, and available redress, unless a lawful exception applies.

Appeals and independent redress

Keep the private access token shown after submission. It lets you check the outcome and submit a free appeal for at least six months. You may also select a certified out-of-court dispute-settlement body listed by the European Commission or pursue a remedy before a court. See our Moderation Policy for the decision framework.
